Strategies to help overcome this challenge include:

🎯 Start with one small change, like a 10-minute walk
🎯 Pair healthy habits with something you enjoy (e.g., listening to music while exercising)

Some things I’ve done today to nourish my soul and body have been:


🪷 Keeping hydrated, I’ve discovered the delicious combination of fresh herbal tea made of mint, ginger, orange slices and honey (have had the combo before with lemon, but replacing the lemon with orange slices takes it to a whole other level

🪷 I whipped together a quick but tasty meal of marinated garlic and mediterranean herbed prawns, tossed on top of a mixed leaf citrus salad

🪷 Went for a stroll in my local park (only 2 mins walk from where I am), planned for a quick lap and ended up getting back 2 hours later, feeling totally relaxed and revived

🪷 And last night …. watched a glorious fiery sunset from my balcony as I let negative thoughts drift from my mind
