Feeling guilty about saying “no”?
I know this is something I struggle with, particularly in the past, which was one of the contributors to ending up being burnt out. It also has impacted my ability to put up with unacceptable behaviour at times in my personal relationships ….. everyone deserves to be treated with respect 🙏
Some strategies to help navigate this challenge:
