If you’re busy, allow yourself to take a break. Pausing isn’t unproductive—it’s a crucial part of staying sharp and focused ⏯️

How many of us miss out on spending time with people we care about or doing things we enjoy, because all of a sudden we realise that time has slipped us by without noticing?

Perhaps you are so focused on work commitments and you think to yourself, “once this is finished, I’ll contact …… or I’ll organise to do …..,” but the reality is, that you have pushed those thoughts so far to the side while focusing on other tasks/responsibilities, that by the time you remember, you realise too late that those opportunities to spend time with people and activities that make you happy, have slipped through your fingers
