22 Sept – Just Breathe 🌬️

Flying high above the clouds today on my way to Singapore filled my heart with light and actionable hope, as I watched the clouds go by.

This slow down helped me to reflect on recent experiences, professional conversations and steps I can take for putting ideas into action 💙🩵

Today the Action for Happiness Org daily action is about taking your time.  Making space to just breathe and be still

Sometimes, slowing down is the best way to move forward 🍃
