From Mount Panorama to Oktoberfest & the Beach – Recharging my Battery

And it’s a wrap for the weekend 🏁

Time to down tools (I’ve planned tasks for next week and closed my planner), and have a break from LinkedIn and social media to catch up with people and recharge my batteries 🔋

For me, this is including

🌻 Spending time at my local beach this afternoon. Fun fact – Altona Beach and the surrounding suburb is named after Altona in Hamburg, Germany. Even though there is no beach, there 🏖

🌻 Attending an Oktoberfest event in my local community, with members of Germans living in the local area group…. Dirndl is ready for an outing

🌻 Watching ‘The Great Race’ being held at Mount Panorama, Bathurst. It’s an iconic Australian super cars race, and after someone asking me a little while ago whether I was a Holden or Ford supporter growing up (I’m a Holden girl), I’m really feeling nostalgic for the race this year  🏁🚘🚗🏁
