Currywurst, Kölsch & Hope in Action

When fancying a sustenance break while working on my case study submission for my recertification as an Advanced Hope Action Theory Practitioner (CHATP), I followed a craving rather than a checklist.


Today’s choice?
Authentic, from-scratch currywurst made with bratwurst, proper homemade currywurst sauce, and a Kölsch Früh Radler (shandy) on the side 😋🍺

Sometimes soul food really is soul food.
Bliss in the most grounded, familiar sense 🖤❤️💛


As I sat there, I realised how quickly time has moved.


It’s hard to believe that in 2026 it will be five years since I first qualified as an Advanced Practitioner.

Lately, I’m starting to feel more like my old self again — still pacing myself, still listening to what my body and mind need, but gently reconnecting with focus, clarity, and purpose.


My intention now is simple and realistic:
to submit my indepth case study before 5 January, taking it one thoughtful step at a time.


Hope, after all, isn’t about rushing.
It’s about choosing actions that are nourishing, meaningful, and sustainable — even when they come with curry powder on top 😋
